AUTO SPORT CLUTCH SHOE


CNC machined from solid material with optimized appearance. Featuring better heat dissipation and light weight. The auto sport clutch shoe assembly come with three clutch shoe, three heavy duty spring, friction and driven plate. The short coil spring hold the friction and driven plate together through spring tension preventing slippage. Each spring is heat treated for performance and durability. The plate made from better friction material. This heavy duty clutch shoe assembly provide better grip on flywheel.

FORGED DRIVE FACE


Apart from the pulley there are choice of pulley drive face. Made from high quality alloy under high tech forgingprocess. Each unit is hard anodized for anti rust function. Since it has a smooth surface it is ease of maintenance.

AUTO CLUTCH HOUSING


This lightweight clutch housing allow quicker acceleration and more cooling. It is a oerfect upgrade for bike. The clutch housing is cast in aluminium and powder coated for long lasting performance and protection.

PULLEY ROLLER


Pulley weight roller rotate against the pulley and it will wear out over time. For replacement purpose, these pulley roller have the properties of high temperature resistance, low friction coefficient and low wear rate. Higly recommend upgrading the roller before engaging in any performance upgrade.

AUTO CLUTCH SPRING


Made from the toughest material available to exceed OEM performance durability. It allow the engine to rev to a higher RPM before the clutch engage, delivering more punch and higher engine response. It also ensure a positive clutch lockup to reduce slippage under extreme condition.

TORQUE SPRING

The torque spring stiffness related to engine power the more power an engine make the stiffer the torque spring to prevent belt slippage.
